Mission Statement

TO PROMOTE, PROTECT, AND MAINTAIN THE ARTS AND CULTURE IN TEXAS CITY; 2. TO RECEIVE AND MAINTAIN A FUND OR FUNDS OF REAL PROPERTY, OR BOTH, AND SUBJECT TO THE RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS SET FORTH, TO USE AND APPLY THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE INCOME THERE FROM AND THE PRINCIPAL THEREOF EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY, CULTURAL, ARTS, OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES EITHER DIRECTLY OR BY CONTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS AND ITS REGULATIONS AS THEY NOW EXIST OR AS THEY MAY BE AMENDED; 3. TO PROVIDE AN ORGANIZATION FOR THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE CONCERNING DEVELOPMENT AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE ARTS AND CULTURE.
