Mission Statement

The Texas Fire Marshals Association TFMA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing fire prevention and safety across Texas. Its mission includes promoting high professional standards among fire marshals fostering collaboration between public agencies and private industry and removing barriers to effective fire prevention. TFMA provides a forum for the exchange of technical information best practices and emerging trends in fire safety.
