Mission Statement

THE ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO REPRESENT THE INTERESTS OF ITS MEMBERS IN REGULATORY MATTERS AND INTERPRETATION, AND EDUCATE MEMBERS ABOUT LEGISLATION AFFECTING THE TRADE OR BUSINESS OF RESIDENTIAL LAND DEVELOPMENT. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FEE-BASED EDUCATION (INITIAL AND CONTINUING) TO MEMBERS FOR THIER COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAWS AND LICENSING ISSUES.
