WE SEEK TO PROVIDE WOUNDED VETERANS INJURED FROM COMBAT OPERATIONS IN IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN WITH FUNDING TO DEFRAY THE BASIC COSTS OF LIVING INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE SHORT AND LONG-TERM CARE OF THOSE INJURIES.
