SECONDARY PURPOSES INCLUDE PROMOTING AN APPRECIATION OF THE LIFE OF JOSEPH MCKEAN, FOUNDER OF THE PORCELLIAN CLUB IN 1791 AND GRADUATE OF HARVARD COLLEGE IN THE CLASS OF 1794 , AND THE HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE PORCELLIAN CLUB'S MEMBERS, THROUGH RESEARCH AND EDUCATION.
