Mission Statement

The Aphasia Recovery Connection ARC provides support education and resources to individuals with aphasia following stroke or other brain injuries and their caregivers. Our mission focuses on building community ending isolation and supporting families. We improve well-being through peer support groups expert-led webinars and training programs while advocating for increased public awareness and accessibility. We distribute educational materials collaborate with healthcare professionals and conduct outreach initiatives to reduce stigma. Through these efforts we help individuals with aphasia rebuild their lives by offering support from both professionals and peers with lived experience.
