THE MISSION OF THE APOSTLES' HOUSE (TAH) IS TO EMPOWER HOMELESS FAMILIES TO THRIVE AND SUCCEED BY PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE SOCIAL SERVICES TO UNHOUSED AND AT-RISK FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS IN NEWARK, NJ, AND SURROUNDING AREAS, IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT ENCOURAGES AND ENABLES SELF-SUFFICIENCY. TO ACHIEVE THIS MISSION, TAH FOCUSES ON: PROVIDING PROGRAMS AND SHELTER FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES AND A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES AND REFERRALS FOR ANYONE IN NEED, SUCH AS CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, REFERRALS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT FACILITATE CONTINUITY OF CASE MANAGEMENT, AFTERCARE SERVICES, AND OTHER SOCIAL SERVICES THAT ADVANCE THE MISSION.
