The Broadway League Inc. (the "Organization") is a not-for-profit corporation, which is the official trade association for the commercial theatre industry. The Organization was formed in 1930 when Broadway theatre operators came together to promote their common interests and negotiate collective bargaining agreements with theatrical unions and guilds.
