CARE TEAMS AND ONE-ON-ONE VOLUNTEERS WORK TOGETHER TO HELP WITH NON-MEDICAL DAILY TASKS AND OFFER COMPANIONSHIP AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO OUR NEIGHBORS WHO NEED IT MOST.
