Mission Statement

In 2024, The Champ Foundation continued to support a multi-site Natural History Study at the Cleveland Clinic and the the Children's HOspital of Philadelphia and the Champ Foundation Registry, a research study of individuals with single large scale mtDNA deletion syndromes, like Pearson syndrome. We support patient travel to participate in the Natural History Study. We continued to fund research projects at University College of London and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
