Mission Statement

THE MISSION OF THE CHRONIC DISEASE COALITION IS TO ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF PATIENTS AND HELP THEM ADVOCATE FOR THEMSELVES. WE WORK TO SUPPORT PATIENT-CENTERED HEALTHCARE POLICYMAKING AT THE STATE AND LOCAL LEVELS, AND TO EDUCATE AND EMPOWER PATIENTS AND THE PUBLIC ABOUT VARIOUS CHRONIC DISEASE ISSUES.
