STRUCTURALLY THE NEGHBORHOOD IS MADE UP OF APARTMENTS FOR SENIORS, FAMILY SYTLE HOMES EACH WITH A HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD AND 5 YOUNG ADULTS, A CENTRAL CLUBHOUSE AND VARIOUS AMENITIES FOR ACTIVE LIVING. THIS INTERGENERATIONAL APPROACH TO LIFE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD BRINGS TOGETHER PEOPLE WITH LIFE LONG EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM WITH YOUNG PEOPLE WHO SEEK THAT INFLUENCE IN THEIR LIVES THROUGH A VOLUNTEER LIFE COACH PROGRAM THAT IS MANAGED BY EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL STAFF. THEIR FOCUS WILL BE TO SUPPORT INDIVIDUAL GOALS AND PLANS FOR HELPING A YOUNG ADULT ACHIEVE THE CONFIDENCE AND READINESS TO SUCCEED WITH HIS OR HER LIFE GOALS.
