Mission Statement

The Collective Generational Mentoring Foundation TCGMF is a 501c3 non-profit organization which aims to increase and scale the effectiveness of mentoring relationships which prepare youth and young adults in the areas of college preparation, career exposure, professional development and leadership. The organization was created to address the needs of individuals in a mentoring relationship to improve the positive outcomes associated with productive mentoring relationships. The foundation's board of directors, advocates and partners unite with the shared desire of multi-generations to improve the condition of African-American males by providing educational and development initiatives and scholarships.
