Mission Statement

The specific and exclusive purpose is charitable and educational: to secure, deploy and facilitate financial lending to disadvantaged minority business owners, tax-exempt non-profit corporations, low- to moderate-income homeowners, first-time homebuyers, and other socially and economically disadvantaged populations in the State of California who have traditionally experienced difficulty successfully applying for financing from traditional sources; in doing so, to facilitate job creation for minorities and revitalization in minority communities.
