JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CENTER AND ITS AFFILIATES, PROVIDED THAT THEY OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE.
