THE FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED EXCLUSIVELY TO OWN AND ADMINISTER FUNDS FOR THE DENVER ART MUSEUM AND TO MAKE PERIODIC DISTRIBUTIONS TO THE MUSEUM FOR ITS EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
