THE DOE FUND'S EXPANDING PORTFOLIO OF PERMANENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING GIVES VETERANS, LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES, PEOPLE STRUGGLING WITH SUBSTANCE ABUSE ISSUES, HIV/AIDS, MENTAL ILLNESS AND PHYSICAL DISABILITIES ACCESS TO STATE-OF-THE-ART, SAFE HOMES WITH ON-SITE SOCIAL SERVICES.
