TO PRODUCE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, PUBLICATIONS, AND RESEARCH ON MATERIALS ON ISSUES RELEVANT TO WORKERS, LABOR ORGANIZATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND TO ASSIST WORKERS, THEIR ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR EMPLOYERS IN DEVELOPING PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE WORKPLACE DEMOCRACY AND SKILL.
