THE FOUNDATION FOR SERVICE DOG SUPPORT, INC (FSDS) IS AN ARIZONA BASED 501(C)(3) NON-PROFIT THATPROVIDES SUPPORT, SERVICES, RESOURCES AND EDUCATION FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES FOR WHOM A SERVICE DOG CAN IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE. WE PROVIDE TRAINING FOR SERVICE DOGS, TRAINING FOR SERVICE DOG TEAMS, SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO THOSE WHO NEED SERVICE DOGS, AND EDUCATION TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO INCREASE AWARENESS ABOUT THE ROLE OF SERVICE DOGS IN PUBLIC SPACES. THE FSDS ALSO PROVIDES GRANTS FOR SERVICE DOGS TO INJURED AND/OR DISABLED FIRST RESPONDERS, PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS, DISABLED VETERANS, PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS, CLERGY AND OTHERS WHO HAVE PROVIDED OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNITY THAT ARE INJURED AND/OR HAVE A DISABILITY AND ARE IN NEED OF A SERVICE DOG TO INCREASE THEIR ACTIVITIES FOR DAILY LIVING.
