Mission Statement

The Franciscan Center, Inc. is a membership corporation organized in November 24, 1981 under the laws of the State of New York. The Organization operates a transitional shelter and administers to the spiritual needs of the youth of the community through guidance and instruction, including crisis intervention, instructional, cultural and other wholesome activities designed to aid and maintain their sound physical health and mental condition.
