WE PROMOTE GOOD LISTENING IN HOSPITALS TO IMPROVE HEALTHCARE OUTCOMES. BY PROVIDING MODELING OF AND TRAINING IN LISTENING WE BUILD LISTENING CULTURES THAT SUPPORT PATIENT SAFETY, NURSING RESILIENCE, PROVIDER WELL-BEING AND THE HUMANIZATION OF HEALTHCARE.
