Mission Statement

The Growing Leaders Initiative is a global nonprofit that encourages and equips young adults to take on real-life opportunities and challenges in the classroom, in their careers, and in the community. They do this by raising funds to provide school, ministries and non-profit organizations serving at-risk students in the US and around the world access to young leader development teaching tools. The primary resource provided is the Habitudes System, which uses the power of images to help youth develop healthy leadership habits and attitudes.
