THE INSTITUTE COLLABORATES WITH LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT LEADERS IN PARTNER COUNTRIES TO PRODUCE SELF-SUSTAINING HUMAN TRAFFICKING ENFORCEMENT UNITS THAT MEASURABLEY REDUCE THE PREVALENCE OF TRAFFICKING.
