WE ENGAGE THE PRIVATE SECTOR TO SOLVE THE SUPPOSEDLY "UNSOLVABLE" EPIDEMIC OF HOMELESSNESS AND DEPLOY PHILANTHROPY TO OPEN ACCESS TO MARKET-RATE, MIXED-INCOME HOUSING WITHOUT GOVERNMENT FUNDS OR SUPPORT.
