Mission Statement

Job Placement. Malibu Community Labor Exchanges MCLE hours are Monday through Saturday mornings from 0700AM to 1300PM. In addition to providing a hiring location for poor workers and homeless in need of work, MCLE provides use of a phone and message service for workers, English classes and job opportunities for both men and women, primarily labor and domestic housework. The attendance at MCLE continues to be over 75 people per day with approximately 10 to 12 new registrants each week.
