Mission Statement

The Foundation is established solely and exclusively to support health and wellness with a focus on advancing the science of integrative health, including, without limitation, by encouraging and endowing various nonprofit community institutions, both inside and outside the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and to do such other related educational, scientific or charitable activities as may be necessary or appropriate and are permitted to be undertaken by a Massachusetts not-for-profit corporation qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as hereinafter amended.
