THE MARISA FUND, INC.'S PURPOSE (1) TO FUND QUALIFIED RESEARCH ORGANIZATIONS WORKING ON DISCOVERING LESS TOXIC FORMS OF TREATMENT OF CANCER, AND (2) TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES WHOS RELATIVES ARE UNDERGOING CANCER TREATMENTS AND NEED HELP WITH THE COSTLY BURDEN THESE TREATMENTS GENERATE.
