THE OPEN LINK THRIVES BECAUSE OF COMMUNITY SUPPORT OF TIME, TALENT AND TREASURES: ONLY 30% OF OUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT COMES FROM THE COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS.
