CREATED AS A GIFT BY THE COMMUNITY FOR THE COMMUNITY, THE PARK AT ST. LUKE'S RELIES ON DONATIONS TO MAINTAIN AND BEAUTIFY THE PARK. THE PARK AT ST. LUKE'S, INC. IS A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION CLASSIFIED AS A PUBLIC CHARITY UNDER IRC SECTIONS 509(A)(1) AND 170(B)(1)(A)(VI) WITH ITS OWN BOARD OF TRUSTEES WHO OPERATE AND RAISE FUNDS FOR THE PARK. THE FOUR PARCELS OF LAND (1.6067 ACRES) WERE PREVIOUSLY MAINTAINED AS DOT FREEWAY EXIT LANDSCAPING FENCED
