Personal Social Services. Our mission is to support the public in maintaining poise, dignity, and personal growth throughout all stages and challenges of life by using the principles of Alexander technique (AT). We are committed to removing barriers to access and making Alexander technique training accessible across broad socioeconomic groups including people living with chronic conditions, their family care partners, and children and youth.
