To promote the common interests of its members, to support the undergraduate members of the Tau Chapter of Psi Upsilon fraternity at the University of Pennsylvania, to unite Tau Chapter alumni from around the world, and to unite Psi Upsilon members from other chapters living in the Philadelphia area
