TO PROVIDE REHABILITATIVE SERVICES TO EMOTIONALLY AND MENTALLY DISABLED PERSONS BY PROVIDING VOCATIONAL EVALUATION, GUIDANCE, TRAINING AND PLACEMENT FACILITIES AND BY EXPLORATION AND RESEARCH INTO THE TECHNIQUES FOR SUCH REHABILITATION.
