THE REQUIEM PROJECT'S MISSION IS TO REVITALIZE THE EMERY THEATRE AS AN INTERDISCIPLINARY ARTS & EDUCATION CENTER. IN ORDER FOR THE COMPANY TO ACCOMPLISH ITS MISSION, THE COMPANY ENTERED INTO VARIOUS CONTRACTS TO FACILITATE THE REHABILITATION AND REVITALIZATION OF THE EMERY. THE COUNTER-PARTIES IN THE CONTRACTS HAVE BREACHED THEIR AGREEMENTS AND UNDERTAKEN OTHER ACTIONS TO EVADE THEIR OBLIGATIONS. ACCORDINGLY, THE REQUIEM PROJECT HAS TAKEN LEGAL ACTION TO PROTECT ITS RIGHTS AND FULFILL ITS MISSION.
