Mission Statement

The primary exempt purpose of the organization is to develop and operate a library depository which will serve the educational and charitable purposes of the benefited institutions by enabling them to alleviate a critical shortage of depository facilities for the housing of books, manuscripts, microfilm and other archival materials, and to help preserve their collective library collections.
