THE PRIMARY MISSION IS TO HELP INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES STEP OUT OF HOMELESSNESS AND BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY IN SALT LAKE COUNTY. THE ROAD HOME MEETS THIS MISSION BY PROVIDING HOUSING-FOCUSED, EMERGENCY SHELTER PROGRAMS, ALONG WITH COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES THROUGH RENTAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING.
