TO ESTABLISH AND CONDUCT YOUTH EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES, AND PARTICULARLY PERFORMING ARTS EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES; TO EXPOSE YOUTH TO ALL THE FORMS OF PERFORMING ARTS, INCLUDING THE TEACHING OF ALL ART FORMS AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLES, AND ALL OTHER RELATED ENDEAVORS AS MAY BE ALLOWED BY LAW.
