THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES VALUABLE INSIGHT, RESOURCES, AND SUPPORT TO THE PATIENTS AND THEIRFAMILIES. THIS EMPOWERS THEM WITH THE KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THEIR CARE AND POSITIVELY IMPACT THEIR FUTURE.
