Within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the IRS and Utah Nonprofit Corporation and Cooperative Association Act, improve the well-being, of and provide marketable skills and education for orphans and disabled children in poor rural villages across developing countries to give them opportunities to become self-suficient and have access to better futures.
