Mission Statement

a To qualify and maintain its status as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501c3 of the Federal Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or corresponding provisions of any subsequent Federal tax laws as being operated exclusively for charitable purposes; b To engage in providing mental and spiritual care services and related services; and c To have and exercise such powers as are authorized by the North Carolina Nonprofit Corporation Act including without limitation under Section 55A-3-02 of the General Statutes of North Carolina to the extent and in the manner necessary to carry out the stated purposes of the corporation or otherwise.
