THE ORGANIZATION WANTS TO RAISE THE STANDARD OF HEALTH CARE IN UNDERDEVELOPED COUNTRIES BY RELOCATING USED AND/OR SURPLUS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES AND TO AID MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS.
