THE CENTER SERVES PEOPLE OF ALL AGES WITH DISABILITIES, INCLUDING SPINAL CORD INJURY, STROKE, CEREBRAL PALSY, MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY, PARKINSON'S DISEASE, RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS, OR ANY DISEASE STATE THAT HAS SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACTED A PERSON'S LEVEL OF FUNCTION. THE CENTER WORKS VIGOROUSLY TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE LONG-TERM PHYSICAL REHABILITATION TO THOSE WHO HAVE SURVIVED CATASTROPHIC INJURY OR ILLNESS BY DELIVERING QUALITY CLINICAL SERVICES ON AN INCOME-BASED, SLIDING FEE SCALE, OFFERING VITAL OPTIONS FOR CARE.
