THE ORGANIZATION IS OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, INCLUDING, SUPPORTING THREEFOLD EDUCATION ASSOCIATION AS A TYPE II SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION, TYPICALLY BY HAVING A MAJORITY OF THE DIRECTORS OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION SERVE AS A MAJORITY OF DIRECTORS OF THIS ORGANIZATION.
