The Association is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes in conjunction with the Tillamook County Fair Board, manager and staff. The Association will work to further and promote the development of and improvement of our County Fair through youth development opportunities in conjunction with 4-H, FFA and JLAC youth programs, shows and expositions. This includes the development and maintenance of the grounds and facilities on a long-term basis.
