OUR MISSION IS TO EMPOWER VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND LOW-INCOME UTAHNS TO NAVIGATE THE LEGAL SYSTEM THROUGH INNOVATIVE AND TRAUMA-INFORMED LEGAL SERVICES. THE ORGANIZATION RECRUITS AND TRAINS LEGAL PROFESSIONALS TO PROVIDE PRO BONO WORK IN NEW AND MEANINGFUL WAYS, WHICH ENABLES THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE EACH YEAR TO PURSUE OR DEFEND THEIR RIGHTS IN COURT AND ENSURE STABILITY AND SECURITY FOR THEIR FAMILIES. WE NAMED OUR ORGANIZATION AFTER MOUNT TIMPANOGOS WITH THE VISION THAT WE WILL LIFT OUR CLIENTS LIKE THE PEAKS OF THE MOUNTAIN ELEVATE OUR EYES UPWARD. OUR MOTTO IS "LIFTING LIVES THROUGH THE LAW".
