THE MEMBERS OF TIOGA AMERICAN LEGION POST 139 ARE VETERANS WHOSE MEMBERS VOLUNTEER TIME AND EFFORT TO PROMOTE THE SOCIAL WELFARE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY, SPONSOR AND PARTICIPATE IN PATRIOTIC ACTIVITIES AND PROVIDE SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR MEMBERS.
