THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE COMMUNITIES IN WHICH IT IS LOCATED BY PROVIDING HARDSHIP ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES OF TIP TOP POULTRY, INC AND ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN OF ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES OF TIP TOP POULTRY, INC.
