TO PROVIDE A SAFE HAVEN FOR CHILDREN AGES 5 TO 17 THAT HAVE BEEN OR THAT ARE DEALING WITH ABUSE WHETHER MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY, AND TO PROVIDE RESOURCES THAT WILL NURTURE, EMPOWER AND UPLIFT THE YOUTH WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY THAT HAVE BEEN NEGLECTED AND ABUSED.
