RECIPIENTS ARE THOSE WHO CANNOT PROVIDE HEALTHCARE OR OTHER BASIC NECESSITIES FOR THEMSELVES OR MEMBERS OF THEIR FAMILIES. tHE FOUNDATION MAY ALSO GIVE TO SCIENTIFIC FOUNDATIONS THAT PROVIDE RESEARCH TO DEVELOP CURES FOR ILLNESSES THAT ARE CONSIDERED TO BE CATASTROPHIC IN NATURE.
