CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH THROUGH THE GAME OF HOCKEY AND TO PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO LEARN THE BASIC SKILLS OF ICE SKATING AND TO PLAY THE GAME OF HOCKEY.
