The mission of TORCH is to create and promote community organizingmodels, tools and approaches to engage grassroots communities and buildcapacity to promote health. The primary focus is on health issues relatedto:domestic violence and sexual assault, community conflict, intersections of issues of violence with racism, sexism, poverty,nativism, homophobia, ableism and other forms of discrimination.
